SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Keystone Painting text messaging program (the "SMS Program"). By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Keystone Painting, you agree to these Terms.
1. SMS Program
Keystone Painting may send text messages to customers and individuals who have opted into our SMS Program.
Messages may include marketing and promotional communications, including information about our painting services, special offers, promotions, discounts, and other relevant updates from Keystone Painting.
Message frequency varies.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS messages from Keystone Painting at the telephone number you provided.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Keystone Painting.
After you send "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you subsequently opt back in.

4. Rejoining the SMS Program

Keystone Painting is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Mobile carriers and other telecommunications providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Supported Carriers
SMS service may not be available on all mobile devices or through all mobile carriers. Availability may vary depending on your carrier, device, location, and other factors.
9. Privacy
Keystone Painting respects your privacy. We do not sell or share mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent may be shared with service providers only as necessary to provide and operate our text messaging services. This may include GoHighLevel, messaging providers, SMS aggregators, telecommunications providers, and other vendors that facilitate the delivery of SMS messages on our behalf.
We may also share information with subcontractors or service providers as necessary to provide support services, such as customer service and technical support.
All other uses of SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from the foregoing permissions.
